So this is not a who is tobi thread I jus wanted to find out your views on how you think tobi is going to control the juubi
The juubi has an ocular powers of its own I don't see a sharingan controlling it and the rinnegan has never been shown to control anything or anyone.
Its not like the juubi will just play along with tobi's plan. So what do you think how will tobi tame the juubi

How will madara control it because basically madara and tobi have the same set of eyes (rinnegan and sharingan) are you suggesting madara will control it using pure strength?
