Yeah! Still doesn't make sense because Tobi's ability is ONE technique. I still don't get what he means "Tobi Stop Kamui." However, for a simpler understanding of what your trying to say: (IDK, my thoughts)

Kakashi attains the ability to project Kamui for his Left Eye via MS. Tobi also has this same the ability, however, he can manipulate the space.

Yes excatly Wich means that's has to be obito's ms in Tobi's right eye.. Kakashi said it himself "I've never heard of anyone being able to stop kamui.. Which means that can only be the answer.. Unless Tobi has a counter for every ms tech
