[Theory] How Tobi can find anyone

it is said that Tobi/Obito can find anyone anywhere....like in his fight against minato........after finding out that he has Zetsu wrapped around hm i was thinking maybe its that he uses Zetu's sensing ability to find the person and then teleports there........after all black zetsu did say he is the land itself........what do u guys think

may I ask how he can sense people? haven't read anything of a Uchiha being able to sense people position

He wasn't able to "sense" before getting zetsu enhancement

zetsu sends him the info because if it was sensor then he would have known where itaichi and sasuke was with out the need for zetsu to say anything also didnt one of the zetsu say they can talk to each other about where abouts also again if it was being a sensor then he would have teleported to naruto and bee and since all the zetsus where busy he couldnt do it

because zetsu is a major key player in akasuki and if zetsu wasn't that important why would madara create him
