On the top left corner, you see a button that says "User CP". Click that, and on the menu on the right, go to "Group Memberships." Then simply click to apply to Kirigakure!

User CP ---> Group Memberships ---> Request Kirigakure

Go to your user CP,then go to group membership on the left hand side,then click on Kirigakure and state why you want to join them and then you wait till the Kage accepts you.

You can start by reading the FAQ and How To threads, as your question is answered there. :faq: After that, you can go to the User Control Panel, or "User CP", then scroll and go to "Group Memberships". Once there, select the Kirigakure option, enter your reasons for wanting to join the village, and wait to be accepted.
