Hi everyone, this is Mikami Teru and Kakuzu here. There are many How To:'s here on NarutoBase.net, some showing you how to edit setting, how to RP, and even how to Flame. But after extensive research, there is not a single way on NarutoBase that guarantees winning at Naruto RPG, or any kind of RPG. I have analyzed the basics to the experts, and have been able to come up with a sure-fire way to win. *CoughwithsomehelpfromkakuzuCough* So, without further pointless introduction from useless fiction characters *CoughKakuzuCough* let's begin!

...I will kill you Mikami Teru...

Haven't you learned your lesson already from Hidan? Now shut up and let us get to the featured presentation!

DISCLAIMER!

Naruto is owned by Masashi Kishimoto and is a registered trademark of TV Tokyo. How To: Win at RPG is a comedic fanfiction and nothing more, so please support the original release. Got it? Damn right better.

I do not own Naruto, Death Note, One Piece, The Yugioh Abridged series, or NarutoBase.net, as well as any other registered trademarks. They are property of their respective owners, so please support the original release. This is a comedic FanFiction, and these methods are not guaranteed to work. If they do... pfft, yeah right. Some steps may actually be helpful, so before you start, please R.E.A.D. step one.

Step One: R.E.A.D.

Now, in order to pwn epicly, you must first be able to know how to R.E.A.D. R.E.A.D., or Really Epic Ass Destruction, is a key way on the path to pwnage. You are suggested to R.E.A.D. How To:'s (Other than this obviously epic one) to see how to RP for real. This also applies to rules, various updates, and other helpful information from reliable sources. You will see that R.E.A.D.ing will help you on the path to success in the RPG realm. Take R.E.A.D. into consideration when going through this article.

Step Two A: What is "Pwnage?"

Let's start off with the definition of Pwnage first.

Pwnage
verb A term used to express one's act or state of elite preformance. Pwnage stems from the word "pwn" which is a typographical error of the word "own". The "p" replaces the "o" because during the frenzy of gaming, the player has no time to correct any spelling mistakes. This word is traditionally used by experienced videogamers, "leet" speakers and others involved in computer minded social or work groups.
"I played Halo 2 online today. I had 24 cosecutive kills... it was pownage like never before"

"I let those n00bs feel the wrath of my pwnage"
Credit to "Urban Dictionary".

Now that you know what Pwnage is, you can proceed to Step Two B.

Step Two B: How Do To Pwn

When pwning, you need to remember three things. these are organized into the letters of PWN, P, W, and N. Pwn stands for Pwn With Nyah. "Nyah" is a words often used by people who speak Brooklanise, a language spoken in Brookland, New York, USA. The most famous person to use the "Nyah" is Joey Wheeler from Yu-Gi-Oh! Abridged. When "Nyah" is added to your dialect, you officially speak Brooklandise to some extent. Once you have done this, you can now use "Brookland Fury," an attack usable when a person sings the song "Brookland Rage." (See Spoiler.) Joey Wheeler is known to be a master at this technique, beating Kaiba's "Screw the Rules, I have Money" Technique. (See Below.)

Nyeh nyeh nyeh nyeeehhh
Nyeh nyeh nyeh nyeeehhh
Nyeh nyeh nyeh nyeeehhh
Nyeh nyeh nyeh nyeeehhh
Nyeh nyeh nyeh nyeeehhh
I wanna duel 'em like they do in Yu-Gi-Oh
Face down face up trap cards spell cards then time roulette go! (I love it!)
All I do is just believe in the heart of the cards
And then I kick some butt when I use Swordsman of Landstar
Oh, oh, oh, oh, ohhhh, ohh-oh-ohh-oh-oh
Ain't no surprise, check out my Red Eyes
Oh, oh, oh, oh, ohhhh, ohh-oh-ohh-oh-oh
Ain't no surprise, check out my Red Eyes
Can't beat my
Can't beat my
No they can't beat my Brooklyn Rage
(I don't wanna be a furry)
Can't beat my
Can't beat my
No they can't beat my Brooklyn Rage
(I don't wanna be a furry)
Bruh-bruh-bruh-Brooklyn Rage, bruh-bruh-Brooklyn Rage
Nyeh nyeh nyeh nyeh
Bruh-bruh-bruh-Brooklyn Rage, bruh-bruh-Brooklyn Rage
Nyeh nyeh nyeh nyeh
My sister's sight is on the line I gotta win
They'll learn to run soon as they see my creepy chin (I'm scary!)
Russian Roulette is not the same without a gun
But since we're dubbed by 4Kids we must make do without one
Sucks!
Oh, oh, oh, oh, ohhhh, ohh-oh-ohh-oh-oh
Ain't no surprise, check out my Red Eyes
Oh, oh, oh, oh, ohhhh, ohh-oh-ohh-oh-oh
Ain't no surprise, check out my Red Eyes
Can't beat my
Can't beat my
No they can't beat my Brooklyn Rage
(I don't wanna be a furry)
Can't beat my
Can't beat my
No they can't beat my Brooklyn Rage
(I don't wanna be a furry)
Bruh-bruh-bruh-Brooklyn Rage, bruh-bruh-Brooklyn Rage
Nyeh nyeh nyeh nyeh
Bruh-bruh-bruh-Brooklyn Rage, bruh-bruh-Brooklyn Rage
Nyeh nyeh nyeh nyeh
I won't lose to Rex and Weevil
Cause they're evil
And I'm groovy with my Yugi
I'm not baggin' I'm just hangin' with my Baby Dragon
Met this chick with giant boobies
Treated us like we were noobies and
She's such an ass, such an ass
Check this deck, I ain't second class!
Can't beat my
Can't beat my
No they can't beat my Brooklyn Rage
(I don't wanna be a furry)
Can't beat my

Step Two C: Screw the Rules, I've got Money!

A key way to winning a battle without rules, one must use their money, green hair, or other things to "screw the rules." This can also work in reverse, using the rules to screw another's money. This technique allows a person to bypass rules, laws, physics, or even common sense with large sums of money. A master of this technique is a man by the name of Seto Kaiba, who uses this technique to the fullest extent. (See Video Below)

Step Two D: Be an Emo:

Being an emo often allows some anime characters to bypass certain laws of physics, pwn, and, more importantly, get hot girls. This power is strengthened, especially the hot girls, when one becomes evil to gain power. Two master of this technique are Sasuke Uchiha and Rorona Zoro, however his powers to attract are weakened due to his laziness. Note that this does not affect his ability to attract fangirls.

Step Three: Be "Leet," Use "Leet," Live "Leet!"

Leet (or "1337"), also known as eleet or leetspeak, is an alternative alphabet for the English language that is used primarily on the Internet. It uses various combinations of ASCII characters to replace Latinate letters. For example, leet spellings of the word leet include 1337 and l33t; eleet may be spelled 31337 or 3l33t.

The term leet is derived from the word elite. The leet alphabet is a specialized form of symbolic writing. Leet may also be considered a substitution cipher, although many dialects or linguistic varieties exist in different online communities. The term leet is also used as an adjective to describe formidable prowess or accomplishment, especially in the fields of online gaming and in its original usage, computer hacking. In order to truly be "leet," you must first understand "leet."

  • The History of the Leet:

Leet originated within bulletin board systems in the 1980s, where having "elite" status on a bulletin board system (BBS) allowed a user access to file folders, games, and special chat rooms. One theory is that it was developed to defeat text filters created by BBS or Internet Relay Chat system operators for message boards to discourage the discussion of forbidden topics, like cracking and hacking. Creative misspellings and ASCII-art-derived words were also a way to attempt to indicate one was knowledgeable about the culture of computer users. Once the reserve of hackers, crackers, and script kiddies, leet has since entered the mainstream. It is now also used to mock newbies, or newcomers, on web sites, or in gaming communities. Some consider emoticons and ASCII art, like smiley faces, to be leet, while others maintain that leet consists of only symbolic word encryption. More obscure forms of leet, involving the use of symbol combinations and almost no letters or numbers, continue to be used for its original purpose of encrypted communication. It is also sometimes used as a script language. Variants of leet have been used for censorship purposes for many years; for instance "@$$"[Notes 1] and "$#!+"[Notes 2] are frequently seen to make a word appear censored to the untrained eye but obvious to a person familiar with leet.

  • Orthography:

One of the hallmarks of leet is its unique approach to orthography, using substitutions of other characters, letters or otherwise, to represent a letter or letters in a word. For more casual use of leet, the primary strategy is to use homoglyphs, symbols that closely resemble (to varying degrees) the letters for which they stand. The symbol chosen is flexible—anything that the reader can make sense of is valid. However, this practice is not extensively used in regular Leet; more often it is seen in situations where the argot (i.e., "secret language") characteristics of the system are required, either to exclude newbies or outsiders in general, i.e., anything that the average reader cannot make sense of is valid; a valid reader should himself try to make sense, if deserving of the underlying message. Another use for Leet orthographic substitutions is the creation of paraphrased passwords. By using this method, one can create a relatively secure password which would still be easily remembered. Limitations imposed by websites on password length (usually no more than 36) and the characters permitted (usually alphanumeric and underscore) requires less extensive forms of Leet when used in this application.
Some examples of leet include B1FF and n00b, a term for the stereotypical newbie; the l33t programming language; and the webcomic Megatokyo, which contains characters who speak Leet.

  • Morphology:
Text rendered in leet is often characterized by distinctive, recurring forms.
    • The -xor suffix
The meaning of this suffix is parallel with the English -er and -r suffixes (seen in hacker and lesser), in that it derives agent nouns from a verb stem. It is realized in two different forms: -xor and -zor, /ʔsɔr/ and /ʔzɔr/, respectively. For example, the first may be seen in the word hax(x)or (H4x0r in leet) (/ˈhæksɔr/) and the second in pwnzor (/ˈoʊnzɔr/). Additionally, this nominalization may also be inflected with all of the suffixes of regular English verbs. The letter 'o' is often replaced with the numeral 0.
    • The -age suffix:
Derivation of a noun from a verb stem is possible by attaching -age to the base form of any verb. Attested derivations are pwnage, skillage, and speakage. However, Leet provides exceptions; the word leetage is acceptable, referring to actively being leet. These nouns are often used with a form of "to be" rather than "to have," e.g., "that was pwnage" rather than "he has pwnage". Either is a more emphatic way of expressing the simpler "he pwns," but the former implies that the person is embodying the trait rather than merely possessing it.
    • The -ness suffix:
Derivation of a noun from an adjective stem is done by attaching -ness to any adjective. This is entirely the same as the English form, except it is used much more often in Leet. Nouns such as lulzness and leetness are derivations using this suffix.
    • Words ending in -ed:
When forming a past participle ending in -ed, the Leet user may replace the -e with an apostrophe, as was common in poetry of previous centuries, (e.g. "pwned" becomes "pwn'd"). The word ending may also be substituted by -t (e.g. pwned becomes pwnt).
    • Use of the -& suffix:
Words ending in -and, -anned, -ant, or a similar sound can sometimes be spelled with an ampersand (&) to express the ending sound (e.g. "This is the s&box," "I'm sorry, you've been b&", "&hill/&farm"). This is most commonly used with the word banned. An alternate form of "B&" is "B7", as the ampersand is typed with the "7" key in the standard US keyboard layout. It is often seen in the phrase "IBB7" (in before banned), which indicates that the poster believes that a previous poster will soon be banned from the site, channel, or board on which they are both posting.
    • Use of the "-zorz" suffix:
Verbs that are generated on the internet (such as pwn) can be inflected by putting "zorz" on the end (generating the word pwnzorz in this example). The -zorz suffix can also be used to strengthen the meaning of the word (pwn means to defeat or to make a fool of; pwnzorz means to really beat or to make a fool of in a large way)

WARNING: I am not responcible for the following side effects:
    • Mind explosions
    • Exagerated Leetness
    • Unintended Usage of the "Leet" Language
    • Mind-Blowing Epicness
    • Charlie Sheen-like Actions
    • #Winning!
    • Possible Flaming/Trolling from others.
    • Possible Flaming/Trolling from that guy with the creepy face in the mirror.
    • Some other non-important sideffects, like Heart Failure and possible Cardiac Arrest. Why should we include that? It has FAIL in it.
