how to upload sig... from PC

I want to upload a new sig from my pc but i don't know how to do it so any one out there can help me???? :shrug:

.. you already have a sig.. do what you did.
I think you have to go to albums then find the green box thingy to upload.. after, get the url of the sig from the album and go to user cp.. edit sig........
