Just take in the smoke, then exhale. It's like breathing, except with tar and gunk coating your lungs. My advice, don't smoke cigarettes man. If you want to smoke, just stick to a cigar every now and again, because it can get to be a terrible habit.

Actually, I believe the more appropriate way is to inhale air after taking a drag. Of course, to do smoke rings you'll need all the smoke to stay in your mouth I think.

Christianity doesn't care so much, but Catholicism does. Don't ask me why, I have no idea...but it's strange anyway; they allow you to pray to idols, but lighting up a smoke is considered sinful. :shrug:
