5. let criminal use Edo Tensei on Orochimaru
6. kill criminal.

lol (weird title) but i don't think thats a good idea, as we have seen (madara) not having a live body can restrict shinobi from preforming some techs (it can hold him back from other things that he might wana do). but hey .... imagine oro with infinite chakra and regenaration (EDO) summoning the four hokage's .... that my friend is the end of the naruto universe.
