This thread makes me sad, friendship is a beautiful thing and I try to stay friends with all my friends, but if this is just for discussion: tell them to go f*ck themselves.

Yes, but when you give the tittle of friendship to someone, you expect too much. That is why I do not claim people as my friends.

OT: Start rumors.

There's quite a few intricate ways. Rumors and gossip can work, but can easily be traced back to the source if one has it in their mind to inquire. Though, this may often mean the one spreading the rumors has some connection to the group of friends, probably even one of them, so not sure if that would fit in your criteria of "other people".

And nope, not going to reveal any of the other methods, especially on a place that has so many gossip groups.
