[Question] how to recover an unposted fanfiction

Hello, I was trying to upload my fanfiction that I typed today. Unfortunately after logging in and trying to upload it, the website went blank on me and appeared frozen so I had to force close the window. Goodnews, the website did an autosave of my fanfiction before I attempted to upload it. Bad news I don't know how to recover it. Any help please, because it took me quite a long time to come up with the fanfiction and I can't go through the trouble again to upload it.

Which website? If it's NB check if there is a restore option at the bottom left side of the text box if you try to post a new thread in the section..

Never type FFNs directly on site though. Use Word or similar options and then copy paste.
