By direct quote, I mean a quote with the Green arrow and their name

Well I'm not sure but if you ask nicely maybe you they would actually help you. If it's about bios then those aren't usually locked. Also you could just ask the person that used the code to tell you which one he used, might be even better than bugging the mods.
