How to put a PDF picture up in fan arts.

I dont know how I change the PDF picture into a plain picture so I can put it up. Can anyone help? Need it done by tonight.

i scanned a picture and it got put into a PDF file. Its not a jpeg. or anything else it says that NB will upload. I need the pic turnied into a jpeg. . But I dont know how to do it.
