you have a bio ?

First make a bio in konoha town Rpg bio section
Then look for a sensei or sempai to teach you
Sensei have orange names and usually have there sempai listed
Failing that there is a list available in the training ground
Once you have done that ask someone experienced in the RP to give you battle training
