[Question] How to permanently delete comments from profile page

How do u permanently delete comments from profile page, cause i tried deleting them and it still displays the user who commented but says removed comment instead. so how do u reset the comment bar?

It's already deleted but only you can see the: removed comment instead.

But we/other user's can't see them.
