[Question] how to participate in art of month contest ??

All you have to do is make a drawing by using pen or pencil not photoshop, upload the image through imageshack or imgur then put the image on contest thread as per php code given and that's all you're in 
Yeah you can copy the image from internet and draw it using pencil or pen and for uploading your image should be in png format and uploaded from imageshack or imgur, you got it

► To take part in this contest please fill out the given form, which is:

Artwork: Name
Image of artwork:
► NO copying other contestants
► You must use a Drawing you have made - not someone elses
► Voting with more than one account is prohibited, as well as asking people to vote for your work
► Advertising the contest via PM's, VM's or in any other way is forbidden, the only exceptions on this are the scrolly thingy and this thread.
► You may NOT Vote for your own work
► You can only enter ONE submission, however you can change this submission as often as you like until the thread closes
► Manipulation with things like PS or Gimp is forbidden and I mean by that coloring it, adding backgrounds etc. However you can change, of course, the canvas size to slice away unnecessary parts. Graphic tablets are a separate case and will be discussed with Caliburn.
You can use an already drawn picture for a guide but the artwork must be fully created by you and you can use photobucket or any other hosting site you prefer.
