Ahaha! Panda Sage had to pwn me somehow...I haven't ever tried that, but I might one day. xd I figure it's not all that bad starting with something though, it's what I do with it afterwards that turns it into art. ^_^

You're absolutely right. However, fresh noodles are always better. I make a mean gnocchi and it's consistently tastier than the store bought product, though it's much more labor intensive.

That's it, I have to try it, I just need to find the right time to go to the extra trouble, though I'm sure its more than worth it. I usually keep most of meals under 30 minutes, and sometimes I'll spend a couple hours, but that's for special occasions. If I'm serving guests then I need to either start early, or have something that's quick and awesome.

Yeah, I usually abide by the same time constraints. However, my girlfriend does all the dishes and I do all the cooking, so it allows me to spend a little more time in the kitchen.
