How to kill Hidan

Okay, first of all, I know this is a ridiculously old subject and I'm pretty sure there has been loads of similar topics in the past, but I just want to bounce this theory on you guys. So please lend me your ear for a minute.

I'm pretty sure there are many jutsu that can take Hidan out, but I myself came up with a more practical possibility. (This may have been mentioned somewhere, not sure. I just figured it out myself while watching Hidan fighting Asuma.)

Would it be possible to go around Hidan's Jashinist immortality by tricking him into ingesting his own blood and use it for his curse, just as Shikamaru did with Kakuzu's blood?

Now I'm sure Hidan has some kind of counter measures for his own blood, if he knows it's his, for example, if he starts spitting blood in a fight and naturally ingests it, of course he won't activate the curse. BUT, what if he doesn't know the blood is his, and strikes his own vital point attempting to kill his enemy while under curse, wouldn't he basically strike himself through the curse?

Again, this is just a theory and it might be way off, but I'm looking forward to your comments on it.

So effectively it's just an endless cycle of damaging and restoring? It's possible, but what I had in mind was that the curse would counter the cell regeneration part and, in effect, the strike would truly damage him.

Hidan doesn't regenerate.

Anything that happens to a curser happens to a cursed too. So, if hidan is say, tapped lightly, assuming an infinitecimal delay between what happens to the curser and the cursed, that should dissolve hidan.
But, there is no delay, so everything would just happen twise.

Well there sure ain't many holes or scars on him, except for the one on his neck, but he was decapitated so it's basically not a scar but a seam of sorts. You guys aren't paying much attention to the part of him cursing himself. It absolutely must have some effect on him, no?

Hidan wont die if he injests his blood.
Simply because his vital spots are immortal hes stabbed them plenty time giving proof that his own jutsu wont work on him.
I agree hidan regens or there would be alot of holes.

Ooooh, I get what you mean. So basically, when Hidan stabs himself and has cursed someone else, who is not immortal, he wounds that person. But if he stabs himself and has cursed himself, who is immortal, it just kinda loops between two immortals, without the delay you spoke of. I totally get it, thank you.

Heh, so basically there's a massive amount of ways to incapacitate him, but there is no way to completely kill him. Even if he's turned into dust by Jinton, he'll still be alive... in a way. That sucks.
