Can anybody instruct me how to join a ninja village. Sorry if i repeated this thread but i did not find it when i searched for it. I also want to become a jounin. Please help me

first you need to apply to be in a village you can be either be a villager or a ninja (atleast I think thats how it works was awhile back ago don't know if its changed) anyways go here for info
Edit: As for the Jounin part you need to have 1050 posts for a Jounin rank go here for rank info
