How to i put up my sig?

i don't even know how to get my picture onto the sig section or whatever.

User Control Panel -> Edit My signature ->

You must be registered for see images

Go to Google and search tinypic, after that then find a image you like and save it. Once that's done you go to tinypic and get the Url for forums. Copy and paste that url and paste in the button that has mountains on it.

Ok so i have my image in the pictures file, so how do i insert image? i know i click the mountain image but i dont know how to insert image.
