How to hard sub 28 srt file help and convert 1080p help

Hi ok I need to hard sub 28 srt file so how can I do this??????????
I also want to to convert the movie to the full 1080p as well so how can I do this?
The file is a .mov format but I have ImTOO Video Converter Ultimate 6 which I will change the format before I start to hard sub 28 srt file.

Well, you can't magically upgrade the video to 1080p, you have to use w/e quality they give you

use virtualdub, u can hardsub videos plus upscale the video to any resolution you want.

Getting this error "Error is not vaild path for VirtalDub, not installing TextSub VirtalDub Plugin" can some help me?

Type textsub plugin for virtualdub in google and it should give u a link to download and instructions how to paste it into your plugins folder for virtualdub.

Hi ok but one problem I cannot turn the sub off when I play through vlc is there no way that I can add sub with the option of on them and offing them like you would in a dvd but in avi file?
