As we well know, the main way to achieve EMS for an Uchiha is to get a pair of eyes from a sibling or another Uchiha.
We also know that using simple MS is a way to get blind in no time, like Madara, Itachi and Sasuke did.
But look at Obito Uchiha: he's spamming his MS ability constantly for years by now, and he doesn't seem to be blind or something. Which brings me to the conclusion: either he's got a MS eye from another Uchiha, probably his direct relative, after massacre (it's not always shown that an Uchiha is using exactly EMS, check the latest arc when Sasuke talks to Hashirama - he is using regular MS), or recieving Senju DNA is equal to an eye-exchange, correct? Which means that once Obito recieves his second eye from Kakashi, he can achieve his own Rinnegan!
P.s. Before posting something like "she's stupid, it's not like that, you can only get EMS from changing eyes with a sibling@ - check the plot carefuly, please.

My thoughts on the matter are that MAYBE Kamui is different and it doesn't blind you, I'm not sure about that. I am almost 100 % sure he doesn't have EMS because the author would have most likely illustrated an aesthetic difference in his MS from when he got it till now. Maybe his half zetsu body gives him stronger eye powers or lasting eyes. Let's think about it, literally half of obito's body is senju dna.

Also I'd recommend changing my avatar if I were you, half of the replies are children drooling over you, personally I'd find that annoying as all hell.

OT: Theres no relation to obito slamming kamui and ems it must be sometthing either in the eye of kamui or obito's senju Dna which seems to do everything for some gay reason

If the Senju DNA is the reason for Obito not to go blind, what is it for Kakashi then? That's really interesting thread indeed.

I base it off how Danzo almost completely illuminated the 10 year cool down on KA. Do I really need to link that page? It's manga fact that Hashi cell improve jutsu in general and are especially effective when applied to a Sharingan user

I think Kakashi IS going blind... that's why he uses it so much now and because of practice, he has increased chakra control which allows him to spam the shit out of Kamui like he has been doing. He doesn't read Jiraiya sensei's novels anymore, his eyesight is going bad!!

Over time, use of the Mangekyō Sharingan's techniques deteriorates the user's eyesight to the point of blindness. Only by taking and transplanting the Mangekyō of another Uchiha — integrating the two pairs of eyes in the process — can the vision be restored, a process that results in the creation of an Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan (永遠の万華鏡写輪眼, Eien no Mangekyō Sharingan). It would appear that the tighter the blood ties are between the "donor" and the "receiver", the better it is for compatibility — a sibling for example seems to make the best donor.[11] The time from fusing the donor's Mangekyō with the receiver's Mangekyō to the point of full recovery is at least several days as seen in Sasuke's case. Not only does this process permanently restore one's eyesight, but it also gives the person even greater increases in power. Madara was able to change his Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan into the Rinnegan after implanting the DNA of Hashirama Senju into himself, though the dōjutsu only awakened years after the implant, when Madara's natural lifespan was almost over.

Obito doesn't get blind because the right half of his body was injected with Senju Dna. Senju=Uchiha= Mini rikudou Sennin. Senjus= immense chakra reserves, especially the 1st hokage. That explains why the MS doesn't put a strain on his eyes, as in Kakashi's case, as he's a non-Uchiha, he doesn't get blind, though his chakra gets drained easily, only after immense training as of now, he can use the Kamui even on himself.
