How to get EMS?

As we well know, the main way to achieve EMS for an Uchiha is to get a pair of eyes from a sibling or another Uchiha.
We also know that using simple MS is a way to get blind in no time, like Madara, Itachi and Sasuke did.
But look at Obito Uchiha: he's spamming his MS ability constantly for years by now, and he doesn't seem to be blind or something. Which brings me to the conclusion: either he's got a MS eye from another Uchiha, probably his direct relative, after massacre (it's not always shown that an Uchiha is using exactly EMS, check the latest arc when Sasuke talks to Hashirama - he is using regular MS), or recieving Senju DNA is equal to an eye-exchange, correct? Which means that once Obito recieves his second eye from Kakashi, he can achieve his own Rinnegan!
P.s. Before posting something like "she's stupid, it's not like that, you can only get EMS from changing eyes with a sibling@ - check the plot carefuly, please.

though he spammed the Kamui...he doesnt have both Eyes..wich lead to that its splits...so...yeah.. and the most time he fought with 3 tomoe..wich has seen he can use kamui too..

He has had hashis cells implanted into half of him since a young age, meaning better control/ longer duration of all sharigan techniques. If you remember danzo increased inzangis duration with hashi cells on his right arm. But compared to an uchiha its not on the same level. Which is why obito referred to danzo as a failure in terms of combining both uchiha and senju DNA.

Yes, you are correct, but, if I'm not mistaken, Senju DNA+Uchiha DNA = Rinnegan, isn't it? The only reason why Obito hasn't recieved his Rinnegan yet is because he doesn't have his second eye, as Madara told him. But doesn't it mean that getting EMS isn't nessesary in order to recieve Rinnegan? Or either way Senju DNA equals the EMS?

Perhaps using Kamui doesn't make you go blind? I've never really seen Kakashi complain about going blind either...

For all we know, only Amaterasu, Tsukuyomi and Susano'o will make the user go blind.

It is possible, indeed, but I guess it's too simple to be the truth But who knows. Any theory has it's rights to exist until something proves it wrong

In any event, Obito had a crap-ton of eyes that I'm assuming he gathered after massacring the Uchiha clan.
