How to get a thread stickied?

I have a thread (found in my signature) that has many scans from the 3rd databook in English organized for easy access. Many people have requested that it be stickied. Who do I talk to or what do I do to get that done? I PM'ed a mod once but got no response. If it's not stickied, it's not the end of the world, but it would be useful for people. Thanks.

You can not get a thread stickied by yourself as only moderatora and administrators can do that if you created a thread which is helpful and useful to Naruto base a moderator or administrator would see it and sticky it or you can also if you feel the thread is helpful link the moderator of that section and it will be glanced at and if it is truly helpful and unique and good it would be stickied.​

Thanks, that's what I figured. Like I said, I contacted one mod, but they didn't even respond to me...

Give them some time and if that don't respond ask another moderator of the section or a global moderator.​
