I've seen this guy's videos before. He's pretty good at what he does. However, an assailant won't always been within arms reach. Actually, I'd be willing to say that 9/10 times, someone attacking you with a gun will be too far away for you to disarm them with just your hands. I think knowing how to escape an assailant would be more important to know than how to counter attack them.

Actually those are useful when ur taken hostage or being used as human shield or happen to be at close range ......... real problem arises when the attacker is in mid range.
