Just to name a few ninjas that can beat Hashi are Kakashi, Nagato, SO6P, Itachi and Tobi. Some of you might be like 
or :sy: but I will show how they can beat Hashi(take note I do not count tailed beasts as part of your skill or power).
Kakashi: Kamui and he is skilled nuff said.
Nagato:Hashi has no known jutsu or weapon that can stop Nagato.
SO6P:He is SO6P duh.
Itachi: Itachi's tsuku can only be broken by people with Uchiha blood and a sharingan or have a bijuu with them. Itachi also has two spirit weapons that can also one hit KO Hashi.(unless Hashi has something that can defend against the sword)
Tobi:Hashi is no way fast enough to hit Tobi and including Tobi's rinnegan powers...Hashi does not stand a chance.
For me it does not matter what some ninja says about other ninjas powers that determine who would win it is about the abilities the ninja has. Those ninjas have what it takes to beat Hashi. Most ninjas cannot stand a chance against Tobi without rinnegan and with the rinnegan. It is about the abilities each ninja has that can determine who would win. If jutsu 1 counters jutsu 2 then the user of jutsu 1 has the advantage.
All that ninjas need to beat Hashi is speed, skill, brains and an ability that Hashi cannot heal against and these ninjas have it(even a few I have not mentioned[like Minato]).
Think I am wrong? State what I am wrong about as all of these are manga supported abilities that can one hit KO Hashi and all of these ninjas are smart, fast and highly skilled.
