I don't know really about this, but I am sure that this list will defeat Hashirama with high difficult no doubt.
1. Edo Madara : Because he gain the perfect susano, rinnegan and mokuton, but he did not not have thoose powers that time he fought against Hashirama, so I will put him here, he has a good chance.
2. Current Tobi with Rinnegan : I am not so sure his power can really handle Hashirama's mokuton, but Tobi has his ghost mode and s/t tech to avoid Hashirama's attacks. He has gedo mazo with him and the seven tailed beast, actually I am sure that Hashirama will stop the seven tailed beast from Tobi by using a contract seal, but not powerful enough, because Gedo mazo can seal this seven tailed beast away and keep them.
3. Current Naruto : His SM powers, KCM and of course BJ mode, this kind of powers can take on hashirama no doubt. Naruto can spam shadow clones with rasengan combos, espesially with kcm mode.
SM mode can withstand a lot though against his mokuton. I will say naruto's fuuton rasenshuriken will crush Hashirama's mokuton defense.
If Naruto is in BJ mode, of course he can win this, his speed and power are too crazy, It's impossible to dodge, impossible to use jutsus, impossible avoid attacks, but bijuu dama will not hit Hashirama, because we all know that Hashirama's defense is great. I believe that naruto will beat, that's my opinion.
4. Minato : Why I am choosing him, It's beacuse his speed, s/t techs, space-time barrier, mastered almost a lot of seal techs, summouning jutsus ( toads ), Pa and Ma is there too, fastest ninja, but he can hit Hashirama with rasengan, besides Hashirama has the ability to heal himself though.
Minato's intelligence is very smart and genius of course, he has proven us a lot of things, like he knew the weakness of Kakashi's chidori and defeat Tobi by finding his weakness and how to countered it. Minato is a finger sensor too, that let's Minato knows what Hashirama doing. I believe Minato can find a way how to defeat him, by his brain.
5. Rikudo Sennin : All of shinobi will get a hard time against Hashirama, but
Rikudo Sennin will not get a hard time, he will own Hashirama badly.
All of u guys knows what he's knows as and his ability is, so yeah he will rip apart hashirama of course.
