I don't know how I almost forgot this but, Itachi's tilt counters anything that tries to hit him, so the simplest thing to do to a TBB is tilt with Itachi and he goes right through the TBB!

I feel kinda slow that I forgot that.

HAHAHAHA yeah that Tilt always gives me trouble when I fight him...because not only is he invulnerable pretty much...but he can hurt you XD

That's one possibility, along with War Tobi's tilt.

However, if you have a character that can instant awaken and their chakra dash becomes a teleport (Minato, Guy, A, etc), you can simply flick the analog stick, teleport behind them, and punish away. xD

war tobis tilt, itachis tilt, yaguras water mirror tilt, hiruzens earth wall awakening action, any projectile jutsu cancels it out(pretty stupid) , yamatos wood dome awakening action, pain or nagatos shinra tensei, hakus ice mirror awakening action, masked mans awakening action, tobiramas water shield awakening action. all of these counter bijudama.

susano can pretty much tank a bunch of them though.

You forgetting Nejis rotation (both young and old) also hinatas protection 64palms jutsu can defend against it.
