Mud wall, I think. It's wet so the explosion wouldn't be as effective, and it's a wall. It wouldn't work though if it was small, so it would have to be as tall as the C3, and be wide enough to envelope it.

Gaara's sand completely blocked it, its AoE is large but its not all that devastating.

Besides Gaara's sand, I'm not entirely sure. Shrina tensei is the only other jutsu that has equal fire power to C3 that and jyubi biju bomb sphere.
