How To Attract Members & Better My RPG

Hello, I've currently created an RPG called RESIDENT EVIL: THE DEVIL'S PLAYGROUND and I am having trouble drawing new members into joining and creating character bios to play with. Can you observe my RPG and tell me what's the problem with it and how I can make it better? And can you also tell me on how to attract new members?

Maybe they don't like joining Konoha Town RPGs and want to join the real RP instead

I dont like creating long bios with so much detail and having to write little "story" paragraphs to make the gave progress. The only one I play is DN because the roles are already created, you only impersonate the characters and it runs pretty fast.

It seems dull, resident evil is boring now, should just base it around zombies, even so there is already a zombie RP, put it in Non-Konoha RP's and try shorten the bio story thing.
