When orochimaru's arms were sealed by hiruzen the soul portion of the arms were sealed but I guess you forgot that. Also the arms were sealed in RDS the same RDS that the orochimaru copy used to free the Edo hokage but before using that jutsu he had to retrieve his soul arms first. You forgot that whole part of the manga ....#EasyWork

Orochimaru did not seal his soul inside of the curse marks. Only his chakra remains within them. Sealing a part of his soul away would destroy his body, while sealing one's chakra allows the transference of memory and consciousness.

Clearly he lived after hiruzen sealed part of his soul but again you missed that hiruzen vs oro fight in part 1 so that defeats your statement about sealing a piece of soul would kill the body.

Also you must cannot read because I clearly said a piece of his soul was sealed in RDS in that post but you chose to see curse mark instead of RDS.


The manga counters everything you said. The manga shows hiruzen sealing oro's soul arms and it showed orochimaru retrieving his soul arms out of RDS to perform the Edo tensei jutsu. but you clearly wasn't reading the manga then. #Bodied

It's exactly a clone. Orochimaru's soul is sealed forever in the totsuka blade. The living orochimaru today is just a copy.

It's simply a living incarnated version of the chakra Minato and Kushina left in naruto. Completely separate from the original.

You do realize three snakes split from that Totsuka, right?

I try breaking out the logic

Soul = main essence of each living thing. Ntg coming to live without soul. Of anyone soul been sealed, he/she will never able to coming back.


Curse seal = a small part of special chakra where mark on the target to make it possible vessel for soul. It better than edo because the caster have an option to choose which vessel he want his soul to take over. And orochimaru is a genius that those curse seal is been granted with auto edo spell. Mean it doesn't need to be cast to be activated. And another benefit is a living body, not the dead bodies casted by edo.
The only weakness is if the curse seal carrier die or they refuse using curse seal power, orochimaru could not be revived.
Please do note that the auto edo spell automatic activated if the carried using curse seal power.

Check back, sasuke is using too much curse seal power to fight itachi and made his body nearly take over by orochimaru.


So conclusion, anyone could be immortal as long they have a soul and vessel.

Kaguya and Orochimaru both have sins to god because trying against his will and creation. It just like eve and lucifer story in bible when the Dragon/snake persuade Eve to eat the Fruit of Knowledge. Both have to commit to eternally sins and never wash back the sins until doomsday.
