What if FTG require massive chakra to perform for Minato able to going there because Kaguya dimensions is far from Naruto world.
If they still at the Naruto world Minato can go there without much chakra uses but if they is outside of Naruto world.

Maybe Lava dimension is near Naruto world because that Sasuke can summon his Hawk. But currently they are at different dimension
