Sauske will get his answers from the Kages. He will learn that Tobi was behind the destruction of Konoha who used
the 9tails. He may even learn more about Tobi helping Itachi massacre his clan. Talking to the Kages will add to his
lust for revenge against Konoha.
I predict after talking to the kages that he and Orochimaru with use the kages to kill not only everyone in Konoha
as revenge for the massacre, he will personally seek out the two remaining eldars and kill them. I don't see how Sauske will leave the village while it is undefended without seeking revenge. He wants everyone in konoha to suffer and will fall into the cycle of inflicting pain that Negato and Tobi both fell into. Even the ramen guy will be dead, then eventually Naruto will be faced with this reality and choose helping sauske over revenge.
After the destruction of the people of konoha, he will seek out Tobi and attempt to put an end to him. He will **** with his plans and appear as a savior, however he will eventually reveal to Naruto what he did before the shinobi alliance---that he is avenging his clan and succeeded in killing all of konoha. Naruto will face a delemma and not give in to revenge. The four kages and hashirama will start pawning the ninja alliance like tomarrow and Naruto will be forced to fight each kage to show he is the child of prophecy and has surpassed them. Or as the ninja alliance fights the kages, Naruto will fight sauske and try to persuade him to stop.
Meanwhile Orochimaru will be enjoying it all as he watches on.
