Tobito explained to Kakashi that he "let" Rin die. This suggests that Kakashi was in a position to SAVE Rin, not KILL her like the Manga shows. Maybe there was a translation error, but I believe Madara has set this up. What also is weird, is that "Kakashi" is crying. This suggests that it was actually him, or maybe another trick to decieve Zetsu.

Tobito explaining his motive (Kakashi "Letting" Rin Die:

"Kakashi" killing Rin:

Why I'm still skeptical or not, and using Tobito instead of Obito:
(Notice the stars around the *I*, when he says he survived or not. Why would he need to speak like this?)

Maybe there were some extreme circumstances where Kakashi HAD to kill Rin, but that seems unlikely. What do you guys think?

Also look at this page:

Kakashi asks if Tobito is going to blame him for Rin's death. This is ambiguous, but I don't think it would be a zetsu clone, b/c if it was, Tobito wouldn't have said "let" Rin die. Also, Tobito would have found out it was a Zetsu clone, and Madara would have been blamed for plotting Rins death. I'm thinking Rin maybe wanted Kakashi to kill her (sounds absurd I know but think about it). She doesn't seem too "shocked" and she's saying Kakashi in a way like, you're the last person I'm seeing before I die. Just something I thought up, I'm not saying it's "right" just accouting for various possibilities.
