Does one go about reacting, much less countering Kakashi's almost instantaneous kamui?

Since when did Kamui become instantaneous? Space-Time Ninjutsu could be counter by Space-Time Ninjutsu, so someone such as Minato or Tobirama could counter with Fly Thunder God Technique.

The Sharingans provide precognition. U_U He knows about the attack before Kakashi makes it and evades with Rinneshift.

True, but they only allow the user a future insight of about 1 second. And has only ever worked for taijutsu. It has never been able to provide any assistance for when dealing with a s/t doujtusu. Also having this precognition doesnt help against attacks at very high speed, seeing as ems sasuke couldny rwact to obito smashing through his susa no and grabbing him by the face.

Someone prove me wrong because this means kakashi now solos mmy fav neg diff

I just found out it's pointless to argue... Kakashi doesn't have Sharingan anymore. >.>

Avoiding a close battle with Kakshi at start. Attacking him with long distance Bijju Bombs attacks and by making many clones (you hope one of whom can make it to Kamui land). Then attacking on both fronts (if he uses intangibility) making him use his attacks and exhausting his chakra pool. Then close range jutsu to finish him off.

Not sure if I am right but SM was able to pick up chakra from the entire leaf village when Naruto came back from training.

Thinking that, SM, KCM/SM, RM, and RSM should provide Naruto with a short insight of chakra building up to at least prepare himself to move out of the way.

Sort of like Point A starts > Point B senses > Point A begins > Point B already has moved

You don't need a sharingan to be fast as long as you have FTG level of speed you can counter it. You can't dodge the glance of an eye let alone a Sharingan yet Ay managed to do so :|
