Had suigetsu not blocked for him How was he gonna defend himself?Had karin not healed him how was he going to fight back? Or did u not read in that very same scan"you saved me karin" Alas this it the base.

For starters it wasn't point blank, it was a tbb that was caught then redirected in the opposite direction by the wood god. Madara had to resort to a stabilised perfect susanoo to fend off the attack - which screams volumes as to what is required to survive such an attack. Enton coating doesn't add anything defense wise against an incoming tbb so unless sasuke has perfect susanoo then by manga he can't tank it.

Also don't even start with the full power kurama business since current naruto/ kurama can produce tbb = to 5 bijuu combined. Also how will sasuke deal with continuos bijuu damas?

Healthy or not, Sasuke's sharingan wasn't able keep up with the sequence of attacks done by B's kenjutsu... Even if Sasuke was supposedly healthy which he probably was (since there isn't any mentioning that Sasuke was wounded or exhausted), when his eyes can't follow the sequence, nor can his body...
