Anyone with reasoning could see that Haku is not light speed, otherwise he would be a legend.

Kakashi got behind Kakuzu, charged up a Chidori, a jutsu that gets its name due to the abundance of noise it makes by the way, and stabbed Kakuzu without anyone else even seeing, hearing, or sensing him. So then by that should we assume that Kakashi is the fastest thing alive?
