i actually just realized like 5 minutes ago that tobi sacrificed his right arm to kill torune aburama. after tobi sucked him into his eye he said the bugs infected my right arm(not exact but who cares) so he ripped it off and then kicked it at fuu. here's the page

sidenote: any ideas as to why the arm has white goo coming out of it and not blood?

The hashirama plant thing (which is almost certainly the same material white zetsu is made out of), had arms sprouting out. tobi's ripped off arm was made of the same material, he probably replaced it from that plant.

tobi is somehow an advanced zetsu part....zetsu is the only one remaining unintroduced in akatsuki and is full of mystery, besides you would always see those two have similar characteristics like slipping through woods and branches...etc...
