No but really, Kishi made it a point to give her the weapons. She definitely won't be the hero, but the only 2 options Naruto has of winning the fight without resorting to killing (continuing the cycle of hatred) is either Sasuke changes his way (he won't) or he subdues, teabags, and imprisons him (Rikudous weapons.) It just makes sense.
As of right now, Naruto appears to be confident on what he will do, but I think there will be a twist mid-fight that will alter Naruto's battle plan n opens up the option for Naruto to seal Sausage away.
Regardless Sasuke is being majorly set up to fail considering the Canon movie coming out and ect.
