Naruto and Sasuke are at the heat of battle now. Now there are a certain few point that we must clear up. Ultimately Naruto will have to die, but the plot twist is the key.
1. Sasuke has all but one sharingan to unlock!!! *Killing Naruto*
2. Naruto and Sasuke both want the same thing but cannot achieve it in their current circumstance.
3.If Sasuke kills Naruto, then the people will revolt against Sasuke.
4. Sasuke is willing to take on this burden because of 2 things.
(A) He sees naruto as his best friend.
(B) In order to Obtain the Tsukyomi, Sasuke must kill his best friend. And claim all the ten tails chakra
5. Naruto is perfectly aware that he is about to die. (BTW)
6. Kishi sensei know were not gonna let Naruto die either in the minds of his viewers or his characters like a chump, BUT Sasuke must become the true Hokage by submitting to his darkest fear and first of many ninja rules. *Feelings are to be left aside when deciding the right choice for your village*.
SO!!!! WHAT DOES HE DO!!!

7. Using Sasuke to recreate the god tree and control Infinite Tsukyomi he well create a world where Naruto has never died and kills Sasuke.
[How does it work you ask?]
8. Sasuke will ultimately become the Real Hokage, but by given Naruto his dream of being hokage in the alternate world, Sasuke will eliminate all ideas and perception of the uchiha clan and create Stabilty by giving Naruto a life he never had and fulfilling the duty of protecting his village from great evil.
9. Naruto will live on as a hero. (Infinite tsukyomi)
10. Sasuke will live with the burden of having enslaved all of the world to do so. (Reality)
11.Sasuke also sacrifice his chakra to revive Naruto given him the power of the ten tails and dies in Reality freeing the people from their bond but reviving naruto to Reality..
(Basically Sasuke uses Infinite Tsukyomi to erase the Uchiha presence and when everyone returns from infinite Tsukyomi, Naruto will appear to still be their leader in REALITY because Sasuke will sacrifice himself.)

P.S. Third arc called [Sasuke] would involve Naruto Waking to see a strange boy (Sasuke) Dead beside him, but has no idea who he is. A short chapter in Sasukes' honor!
Naruto devotes his Hokage life to uncovering the life of Sasuke and who he was to the world.
*FINAL THOUGHTS** Before the finale critic.
Much respect to Kishimoto sensei for such an epic story.
