im 16 and my height is 178...
do you think i might get to my dad height? its important to say that i was born small ( 1.5 kg)

(also im swimming a lot since i was 11 and eat healthy food ...)

there is no real thing you can do to make yourself taller, it's a natrual process that will happen if you want it to or not. most people get to their full height at around 20 and after that you actully start to shrink little by little.

so to sum it up, by the time you are 20 you will probably have reached your father's height or even taller.
