I have a feeling hashi with rikudou chakra would be able to beat naruto cuz his moukhtun is a nightmare to tailbeasts and he'll have the speed to contend.

But it all comes down to how much rikudou chakra he got, if its the same as madara, then he'll be on madara level, cuz he'll basically be DRSM madara without PS and maybe another ability not limbo, if that's the case, then I say DRSM madara level, if he has half hagoromo chakra, then he shits on naruto definately

You're talking about 16 year old Naruto and Sasuke before their power up. Prime Sasuke with Rinnegan and Naruto with RSM are stronger because they were neg diffing JJ Madara before he fused with the Shinju despite only awakening their powers the same day.
