Naruto would actually be quite a beast without tailest beasts still. He learned sage mode without Kurama helping him.
FTG is not something like sharingan. Minato learned FTG.

They wouldn't be as strong as the Senju or considered the strongest clan in Konoha after the Senju vanish. That's for sure.
If we're talking about the strongest even among the Uchiha, then these would still easily be Jonin level (Itachi, Obito) or even more (Sasuke, Madara).
