For all the reasons stated in the thread combined, I also think they would be around Sasuke's level at the beginning of Part 2, with Kimmimaro being somewhere near Sasuke's level when he killed Itachi. Well, Kimmi would have to be above whatever level Gaara is at right now, since Gaara was the only one to be really able to match his most powerful form in Part 1 and that was when he was sick!
