How strong would Obito, Kakashi and Rin have become under Minato's tutelage?

Obito/Kakashi wouldn't have unlocked MS without Rin dying.

I think Kakashi would be where he was in Part 1. Obito and Rin would be chuunins though Iruka though.

Honestly, I think because of what happened they actually became stronger. Madara taught Obito things that Minato couldn't have ever taught him, and without Kakashi getting Obito's eye he wouldn't nearly be as strong in my opinion. His chidori would still have a blind spot and because of that eye he copied over a thousand jutsu's.

Kakashi would be be Low-Jōnin I believe, Obito would be High-Kage+ if he awoken the Mangekyō and stayed sane. I think Rin would be able to be around Kurunei's Level had she lived. If Rin still had Sanbi and through Minato was able to become a Perfect Jinchūriki, she would be Mid-Kage.

Kakashi would be slightly higher than asuma level.
Obito if he get ms than slightly below itachi.
Rin probably at shizune lelvel.

Well...

Obito would have had two Sharingan with full power to his unique Kamui abilities, with the potential of unlocking Magekyo Sharingan: Amaterasu, Tsukyomi, Susanoo.

Rin would be Jinchuriki of the Sanbi, and depending on her abilites would have good defensive (medical) Jutsu as well as a good offence (power of Jinchuriki).

Kakashi... i am not too sure about. Without the Sharingan he would be unable to master Rakiri. He is a good tactical fighter but aside from his Summons (Ninja Pack of Dogs) i am not sure what his fighting style would be. He would neither be called the 'Copy Ninja' however he would still be the son of the White Fang so who knows.

Generally, the three would have made a good team, with two stronger and one weaker (as is the case with most Teams of Three in NV).

Rin would be extremely powerful, she could already solo the leaf village, according to the Hidden Mist Anbu.
