Off the top of my head, I can't think of any reason for a Kamui/Susano'o combo, it seems pretty pointless and overly chakra taxing.

With both MS, he has an unavoidable offense and impenetrable defense, so Susano'o would just seem to serve as chakra-expensive decoration.

Considering the fact that Obito is full of Hashirama's cells, thus having crazy chakra reserves and a powerful life force, it wouldn't matter much.
