How strong would obito be if....?

If he had both his sharingan's and didn't give his left one to kakashi and ended up developing MS on both eyes. AND never met Madara AND he was never crushed by a rock.
How strong would he be compared to right before he became the juubi's jinchuriki

He would have one arm and a leg without Madara. Couldnt be too powerful. Probably doesn't unlock MS under those circumstances either. He was an average shinobi before having the zetsh half and witnessing Rins death

I figured, but I think if he wasn't crushed by the rock and separated from them then he is probably already dead. When the ninja "chase" Rin, Kakashi turns back to fight, no way I can see Obito not doing the same considering how much he loves Rin. Even though they weren't seriously trying to catch the two, they were jounin ninja (I think) and of course they would fight back if Kakashi and Obito decide to fight.

Well, he also has to worry about the Uchiha slaughter as well. (Not trying to be a douche with all these he dies scenarios) I love Obito as a villain, but I can't see him ever becoming much more than average except for these very special circumstances. He won't unlock MS considering all that do have faced extreme loss. He just becomes another no name sharingan user.

He'd have the close range, and long Range Kamui (and far more developed than Kakashi), plus a two eye Jutsu. Pretty bad ass, what confuses me is why He's never lost his light, he pretty much uses Kamui everyday.

Obito was quite formidable. If, hypothetically speaking, he did unlock Mangekyo sharingan in both eyes he would be a massive threat. Though not in the league of Madara.....
