If plot didn't need Minato do die then Kushina would seal Kurama back into her to die with her even if it would later revive so Naruto wouldn't be alone but since becoming a Jinchuuriki again would save her, both of them live. Minato and Kushina being alive puts Jiraiya and Kakashi in Naruto's life much earlier since they would visit Minato. Naruto would be far stronger than he was in part 1 since his mentality would be a bit smarter. Naruto would play pranks for attention from Minato most likely but only because Minato would have to deal with the Uchiha coup and find a peaceful solution which he can since Kushina and Sasuke mom are friends so they'll be more willing to trust Minato. Jiraiya would visit a lot since he did visit Minato who was like a son to him so Naruto would have Jiraiya to hangout with here and there as he grewup.
Kushina would make Naruto study as her dying words include to study well so he won't be as dumb since he will have parents to help him along the way in his studies. Naruto can learn sealing jutsus from Kushina who taught Minato, learn chakra control from Minato, Jiraiya, or Kakashi who would visit Minato as his old student, learn rasengan, learn his element earlier since Minato may believe Naruto can add his element to Rasengan, learn summoning jutsu from Minato or Jiraiya, learn the basics from Minato, learn shinshun and FTG, and so on.
Sasuke would grow with his family so Itachi and their dad can train Sasuke so he'll be stronger too but he wouldn't turn evil and he and Naruto would grow up as friends together since their moms would hangout with them as babies so they'll grow up together.
