This is taking into account that it's the adult Naruto with all Bijuu Chakra and sage mode. Would he be able to match Kaguya in a One Vs One if he could also activate the first inner gate?

He can match her based on plot and his fake feeling no solo jutsu...yeah. But realistically he won't survive at the end of the day. To truly defeat kaguya you need indra marking.

Sasuke had the chakra of them all, but for some plot reason he only used it to change susanoo...which was useless since changing susanoo with chakra weakened his defense. Then the chakra disbanded into nowhere.

He has ultimate speed which doesn't even require marking.

He has mokuton .

He doesn have mokuton... he has hashirama cells but until its shown he doesn't have mokuton...

Naruto is virtually the same except I imagine he has learned more jutsu...

Sasuke however has the rinnegan and the rinnegan gives the user the ability to achieve any thing... naruto might not be kaguya level but sasuke was hagoromo level 15 years ago and I'm sure 15 years later he has reached godara's level.

Not sure why you guys say Naruto or Sasuke > Madara. They obviously needed each-other to stand a chance. Just because he excelled against Kaguya isn't a reason to state that. Sasuke excelled against Madara, but didn't do much against Kaguya. Naruto excelled against Kaguya, but didn't do much against Madara.
"Tank" characters like Madara and Naruto seem to get hit more easily from " Tricky" ones like Sasuke and Kaguya. Also, "Tricky" shinobi seem to get hit by tank ones fairly easily aswell.
"Tricky" Sasuke hit "Tank" Madara.
"Tank" Naruto did not hit "Tank" Madara much.
"Tricky" Sasuke didn't hit "Tricky" Kaguya.
"Tricky" Sasuke hit "Tank" Madara.

That is why Naruto and Sasuke seem to appear equal.

Fail....naruto hasn't even confirmed to be hagoromo level...sasuke was confirmed hagoromo level 15 years ago....also godara has 3 rinnegans and hagormo said godara surpassed him and was going to use IT to reach kaguya's level so if naruto ain't the rikudo level then he sure as hell is not godara level....PS sasuke has the rinnegan and that means access to all chakra natures and the possibility to use any jutsu and its 15 years later so sasuke could be GOD right about now, also if juugo is still alive he still has access to senjutsu and orochiamru and kabuto helping him learn the ways of the rinnegan... God level
