How strong would Naruto be IF

Minato had survived the encounter that night and Kushina had sealed Kurama inside of them as it happened.

Would naruto be much stronger, weaker, about the same? Not just physically, but mentally, and all that?

Also how would it affect things such as sasuke, Itachi ,etc. Thoughts?

He wouldve have been evil. Just as minato stated ,he cant raise naruto without kishina . Plus hes hokage he anit got time for that. Naruto wouldve gone into a rage with the 9 tails or turned evil.... not only will naurto will be shunned by the village but his father would be to.... it would be white fang all over agian.

He'd be lucky if he is able to learn Sage Mode, because that would be his max potential. Itachi would be alive because the massacre would not happen if Minato was alive (at least he swears he'd stop it when confronting Sasuke) and Sasuke as well as Itachi will take a longer process in gaining the Mangekyo Sharingan.

Akatsuki will destroy the village badly in this scenario because Naruto and Sasuke are the main reasons why Akatsuki's strongest died in the first place. Take what they have away and it's a slaughter fest. Tobi might just take his eyes back and magic garb Shukaku or something.

well narutos mom is also alive during the filler so and the question was if only minato lived.

Kurama is altering Naruto's chakra control from his birth, and he mastered rasengan in days although Tsunade said it was impossible, she said that was prodigious although he was handicapped.
With an unaltered chakra control, Naruto would be a prodigious prodigy never seen before, he would solo Sasuke pretty easily at any time of the story.
Naruto has always been alone with nobody to teach him techniques except his teachers, with his parents teaching him clan techniques, he would be able to solo anybody except juubi jins.
And don' t forget that Naruto would still be the child of the prophecy and host the 9 beasts (RSM) at some point.

Wrong, he would master sage mode faster, Kurama is altering Naruto's chakra control and didn't want the elder toad to help Naruto.
He would still have KCM/BM/BSM as he would still be the child of the prophecy.

I think he would act cocky and boss everyone around since his father is hokage. So he would spoiled little brat. Another note that was mention in the manga by the 3rd (i think) he didnt told Naruto who was his father because of the threats but also not to get cocky at this point.

You're joking right? Naruto had 4 times Kakashi's reserve and they were attributed largely to kurama.
