Naruto & Kuruma are one, he has the support from other bijuu's & the shinobi around him.
Naruto has x4 chakra kakashi does without having to tap into kurama's chakra.

Well he is psuedo JJ that can replenish his chakra through them so he's already half there. & Nature energy with it makes him rikudou. (RSM) Being full blown Jin to all bijuu would probably be too much for his body to handle, any character aside from Kaguya/Hogoromo probably can't be a full blown Jin to all beast at once.. I'm thinking..
